anyways, ew smooching rl people. but yay loving fictional characters! (that's an ace thing, and not just me being weird or autistic, right?)

i just found out last year myself cause of weirdplutoprince's ace comics =))

before i found out i was ace, i found out i was autistic and i was like, wow so that's why i don't like physical touch! so when i ruminated about being ace, i started doubting which is which. as it turns out, there are plenty of aces who do enjoy physical contact, and are even okay with sex or/and having a partner. it always boils down to sexual attraction (different from libido! which aces can also have - even a high drive for) which can range from none to little. and boy, i do NOT have that at all. i thought i might have a tinnie tiny bit but nope. the more time passes the more i realize, it was always a nah. just good ole aesthetic attraction. :relieved:

hell yeah, I'm ficto-oriented and I've met like... 3 people I would date in real life, lifetime, but ask me all about my anime catboy crushes

co-dependency bros? i'm autistic too! i always hated touch and the idea of kissing or touching people makes me recoil in disgust. ;w; i had a total of two crushes which ended in disaster so i realized i wasn't built for liking real people. and find solace in my fictional characters. way safer and less toxic and dangerous. c':

Jenesis i see! very cool! i wish i could feel attraction to real life people again. but i just... don't. when i had my crushes i was a hormonal teen so that explains that xD but as i grew older i have not found myself attracted to anybody. i can state people are attractive, but i don't feel attracted to real people.
