1. Heaven: The plane of imagination and possibilities, simply known as the Realm of Thought. All that exists, can exist and have existed are present in Heaven. According to the Emerald Records, humans are believed to be connected to Heaven though their ability of reasoning (the mind) but are limitedly greatly by their physical bodies.
2. Magic: The manifestation of laws, objects, and ideas from Heaven. Eg. Conjuring a fireball through the concept of "fire" in Heaven. According to the Emerald Records, Pokemon are natural magic-users, thus their title of "magical creatures."

1. Essence: A concept used to describe the presence of heightened reality (or "true" reality) in the Canon Legends. To us, this is simply the feeling we experience by being conscious and alive.
2. Story: A narrative that gives out essence. Stories are the most important force in existence. Attaining them is what drives many beings to act.
3. World: A term used to refer to a temporal zone where a story has manifested in reality. A physical presentation of a story. Eg. "Pokemon Delta Episode" world, "Pokemon Infinite Fusions" world, "Detective Pikachu" world, etc.
4. Throne: The "living story" of a world, similar to a code in a program. It continues on until the end of its natural lifespan. The death of the Throne is also the ending for the world. If through a natural death, the world will simply fade away and cease to exist without any of its denizens realizing.
5. Otherworld Rules: The law of the universe expressing the inability of foreign stories to enter, survive, or persist in the influence of another Throne. This law keeps worlds separate.

1. Canon Legends: It is where the beloved story of people and Pokemon originated. A source brimming with essence, the flame of existence here is at its strongest, making sensations richer, memories more intense and emotions more fulfilling.
2. Echoes: A byproduct of the essence from the Legends like smoke being produced from the fire. It is capable of becoming a new world, though merely a fraction of what having a source can do. As its name implies, echoes eventually vanish.
3. Fable: Beings from the Canon Legends. Their potent souls alone can be felt by those starved by essence, allowing them to experience reality as it is from the Canon Legends while near them.
4. Metasideros Condition: A condition experienced by Fables when they are in an environment lacking in essence. They develop an acute awareness of how manufactured reality and poorly-simulated sensations are, causing them distress and confusion.
5. Dreamer: A term coined to refer to the denizens who survived the destruction of their worlds. It is used as a derogatory term by the Legends of Youth. Dreamers are born from echoes just like their world.
6. Dreamshaped: The state of an entity when they are severed from their story, such as the case of all Dreamers and Shadow Pokemon. It causes disassociation from one's identity. A disruption in the continuity of one's story. The feeling is very similar to when one views their past self as a different person, or a complete stranger.
