hnnnggg I've always wanted to make something like this and have had it in the works for a long time... Lack of help with it has put it on the back burner though. But I reeeeally want this too...

I would definitely lend my experience and hands to helping and staffing this if you all wanted this to move forward. I am a work horse and this idea has also been something on my mind for ages! Feel free to reach out to me if this does have any traction.

Not sure why but I had the muse for like a DragonBall site (or something like One Piece or etc) not just for the love of the fandom but just to get out all those over the top, broken ideas and just go all out crazy in a setting all for the all out crazy.

But that may just be my past experiences in other animanga sites where we have to see all the OP people and tone them down or just say No all the times.

I agree though despite the amount of sites, finding new homes can be tough recently moreso than it was in the past.

Already have a skin in the works, have the bare bones but: A Sandbox Doctor Who Forum

    [-] Open world and open timed.

    [-] Very minimal application with a focus on just crafting stories

    [-] Stories for all types. The Doctor, Companions, Humanity and other races, Time Lords, Daleks, etc.

    [-] Niche, small community which again focuses on the stories rather than being popular, big or better than anything else.



    [-] No real plot but with members can run big events and shennanigans.

    not a canon-only rp'er but it sucks when ur only interested in canons in a setting and everyone that keeps making sites for a setting wants it to revolve around OCs and you're like "i don't wanna b rude but i want automatic connections and none of ur want ads appeal to me in the way the canons do"

    like i have limited time for RP and i already have an OC-only site, so i only wanna join sites that allow me to play specific plots. i'm kinda done with "throw a character onto a site and see what happens." pls give me plots to play.

    i feel like more sites should also encourage want ads that don't revolve around having a specific FC or relation to a character, i.e. just Player Factions of a sort. that can be really helpful for forming connections.



    Site canons especially when you have OC sites that are so lore-intensive are honestly big draws that some people just don't tend to understand the importance of.

    I feel this, I really enjoy doing canons. I can do OC concepts though but I end up just getting super picky and it has to speak to me the right way.

    On another note: Wanting to write more so you decide to look for a new site but then you just sit staring at the advertisement pages of sites and just spacing out and not finding a new home.
