I really like this! I would say playing court politics as a main plot can be pretty difficult though. I did it once with a small group of 12, and so many people wanted to start OOC drama over IC drama. You couldn't try to double cross someone without their player getting bent out of shape, everyone wanted to be the winner, and no one wanted to concede. It tangled up and disbanded because no one could settle anything. </3

If you could somehow set things in place to avoid that, or run the top politics with staff controlled events or something, it might help? Or put a little more emphasis on the reality making things die aspect at first until you've got a good base who can handle the IC/OOC divide of politics well? 

I'm not trying to come off as negative, sorry if I am! I'd love for a faerie world to play around in. 

And I really love the types of characters you can play! I'd adore making a (deer) faun, and fae themselves as a concept peeks my interest really hard. Especially since I'm reading The Raven Boys Cycle books atm.

Me for the first 80 pages of this book: Ugh, it feels like the writer is smacking me over the head yelling "LOVE ALL MY CHARACTERS"
Me, two days later on the last book in the series:  I LOVE ALL THESE CHARACTERS AND NEED TO SCREAM ABOUT THEM

Around where I live it means that an event (usually bad) that you've been dreading, but know will happen, finally happens. 

i should remember that idioms aren't universal. i use them too much >n<

What happened in FF14 last night.

"Why am I suddenly having so much trouble in a dungeon? Why can't I keep everyone alive even though I'm constantly healing? Oh god, my MP keeps running out, what the hell? Am I just an awful white mage? Am I just stupid?"

-partys gets through the dungeon after a few wipes-

"That was awful. ._. Is my gear broken or something? "

....

TURNS OUT my ps4 glamor named 'fancy' is the level 1 items of the same looking high level 'fancy' named glamor on the ps4.

I FEEL LIKE SUCH AN IDIOT. Those duty finder people were so kind and patient, I don't know how they put up with me lmao.

what races are important to have as starting ones? This is super self indulgent, but I really wanna play a zora somewhere that actually looks like a (breath of the wild) zora. Of course, I'm pretty busy atm, so I suppose it doesn't need to be a starting race that much as long as I could pop in later.
you got a fave skin or layout options? (this will be on proboards) I have trouble with dark sites, but I don't really have much of an opinion other than that. :') I'm not great and a super beginner at skinning, but may be able to help out a bit if you need I dunno
OOC accounts? I personally don't like them.
would you like me to tag you for future things in this thread? I lurk in the recent posts pretty often so it's probably not needed, but I don't mind either.

I have... A lot of pets. Most of them are my fish, which I love just as much as any other type of pet! But I don't have any recent pet pics or many fishie pics on the computer I'm on now, but I did find these pics of my bunnies when they were babies!

Ghibli!


They're still cute as adults! Ghibli looks the exact same and is still super tiny, but Yuki became a meatball-head haha. They have their own room attached to ours. I thought we were getting Yuki from a good home, but when we got him it was clear he'd been neglected bad. He didn't even know how to hop: he only did this weird spider crawl. </3

I love these two so much! But I did learn the hard way that bunnies are like 4x times as much work as any other pet I've ever owned. And the vet bills are crazy since you have to travel to exotic vets. 

 
I'm sure I'll be back to this thread with fishie pics soon.

I think it's just because it's easier to pop in and have something to say. It's an easier answer when the direct question is 'what has annoyed me in the past' compared to more complex things.

Also it feels nice to vent.
