Even though I know management hates my mom and husband being home, it's been kind of nice seeing them more. Now if they would just stop being children during the day while they work, I would want to strangle them less.

I can tell you that the issue is the ".grassrinsetable" - the 500px width! If you remove that, there's no issue from the proboards side. I'm however at a loss to fix it currently since I don't have some time to pull it out and look at it. I'm not sure if that helps, If anyone doesn't get to this in the next two days or so, I'll try to see what I can do to fix it!

Hello y'all.

While this isn't the main event I'm working on for a much wider and organized prompts for the site, I thought that I could whip up something smaller for everyone to give just a few moments to focus on something not world-ending.

So, this challenge is a little bit different - as there isn't a lot of clout or prizes going on, just a way to focus on some fun tasks. Obviously money will be given out - and those who fully finish all 10 will have a small discount for ad space, however no special titles this time around. We've got something planned later in the year that'll give a more cohesive fun bank of prizes. Also thanks so much @ mizo for the very pretty template!

The WHO did state that coins carry more germs than bills. I would say wear gloves if you're handling money a lot - but tbh, there's no verifiable claims on how to clean money. I was always told lysol or disinfectant than letting them dry. The only thing I have seen is either ultraviolet lights or highly pressurized carbon dioxide from banks. There's no official way - bills have been nasty as heck for a long time - like 300 types of bacteria live on it. I have heard of banks reissuing fresh dollars in some states, but idk if you even live in the states, lol.

I guess the best way I can describe it is if a high fantasy book had a super hardcore scifi image as its cover. Scifi lovers will pick it up based on the cover and read the back, but as soon as they see it's high fantasy and not scifi, they'll put the book down and be like "okay, bye." You will, of course, get the occasional person who doesn't care. But for the most part, it's just bad representation.



I don't have to have MFC to do that. If someone can't read the site or read the plot to see if it's animanga/rl/mfc, what have you, then I don't really want them on site cause they didn't read. If an image screws up your view on the site, that sounds pretty narrow to be honest. That's like saying you can't use video game art or realistic art for your hover image cause it doesn't fit with the site or something. I haven't met a single person (Beyond you, obviously) that has felt like they've been tricked.

I understand that it's your opinion and that's fine. However, as you can see by my response and others, your opinion is your opinion and that's okay. However, you didn't phrase it as an opinion, you phrased it as a must and there's no other option/reason. I was just joshing with it, not targeting you with it, which is why I didn't quote you. You're free to feel and do what you think.

However, in my opinion. Graphics are graphics and if I want to use something, I will, and not be locked down in some arbitrary medium when I can use everything I can to put forward my vision on a skin or site. If people don't like it, that's fine. They don't have to join. If someone wants a pure image type of site, they can join that one or make that one. As a web designer, I applaud anyone who makes a skin - and puts forward their imagination onto code. If someone wants purity, then they can aim for that. I don't want to and others might not feel the same as you.



In other news I slept for way too long. Why did I sleep like 15 hours. I didn't need to.

I will continue to use mixed media and no one can stop me - I like my pretty backgrounds.

I don't know how I'm going to deal with two children under one roof for at least two weeks. I don't care of these children are my mother/husband. I'm going to yeet them if they start complaining.

I have literally had this once and that's cause it was a new fandom. It's not like people don't want to not rp with me but they don't communicate cause admin scary which means thread goes dead after one character solves the main conflict. I wish people wanted to rp with me and communicate, woo boy.

in other news, I stg, sometimes I am the most organized and productive on staff and that's not a good look when I'm actually lazy af. Cause some days I just don't wanna do something or post, but I gotta cause no one on staff is going to do it without me asking and I don't wanna be a nag.
