As someone who is usually drowning in threads and generally owes at least 10-15 replies at any given time, something feels very extremely wrong with finally being caught up...

Frankly, I just want a panfandom site that allows for, like, every loose fitting term of a fandom character. Kaname Madoka? The Brave Little Toaster? Frankenstein's Monster? The "L" block from Tetris? All seven of my rock opera children?

I think having a panfandom site tailored to characters who don't have fixed appearances, though; you could either assign characters face claims to match, or you can do as some real life sites do and have no face claim at all, just, like, aesthetic images for your app and/or account.



There's a "race" on my site, Surreality, for fictional characters that have "come to life." We're not a panfandom site, so it's specifically for characters that don't have fixed appearances or for characters from a work of fiction that you, yourself, have made up to exist in canon. There's also another race that encompasses the personification of concepts, as well as others that can include figures from history/mythology.

If you're looking for a tight knit community, Surreality might be worth a peek. We're not slice of life, but me and my friends originally opened the site because we were sick of other sites closing, we wanted a place to rp out plots/ships/etc, and we wanted a place where we could meet and make new friends. I've told this to my members before, but our "worst case scenario" situation isn't closing โ€”ย it's everyone leaving except for me and the friends I have who want to stay and rp with me (womp womp)... But yeah, we're on the smaller side and will be four months old come August.

You're welcome to pop in and talk to us; you can use our on-site discord widget if you'd like to say hi without actually joining the server (or just to spy on us and see what we're like ;3c LOL). I hope to see you around, but if we're not for you, I wish you the best of luck finding a permanent home! Sadly, there are not enough of those around, nowadays.
