healer players in mmos are so annoying, like i've never seen a group of people so offended they have to do a job they chose to do.

"waaaah i don't wanna dps when i have nothing to heal" "waaaah i have to do a bit of extra healing to save this dps" "waaaah i have to interrupt a mob because the dps won't" "waaah i have to use party cc" "waaaaah i don't like when the tank pulls big and i have to actually try"

like as a healer, i enjoy doing all of these things? do you just want to get carried and do nothing?

it's bc most of them are just bad and refuse to learn how to play better

google is giving mixed answers (articles vs forum) so i need chat for help 😭

dog chewed a used green tea bag. He didnt eat it whole since i has to pick bits of the bag and leaves out buf definitely ingested some. Problem is, i don’t know which of the two a-holes did it cause i just woke up to them playing with evidence of the crime right on my bed. I can’t tell for sure who did it after checking their mouths either. They’re ~18kg and ~22kg dogs. Should i rush to vet or wait?

i'm not a dog expert at all but from what i can see from a brief search on the internet, caffeine is dangerous for dogs in high doses - depending on size of dog. 1 green tea bag typically has around 40mg of caffeine in it, plus the bag was already used so there is probably even less. your dogs will probably be fine but ofc if you think they are acting strangely you could take them in to the vet. this site is mostly what i used to gauge this.

i don't know if they'll answer your questions on the phone but you could try calling your vet for advice from a professional too.

I feel that the advent of mobile gacha games have negatively impacted the animanga RP scene. Mind, there are some positives too, such as providing a wealth of aesthetically-pleasing and permission-free faceclaims in the form of their official art. But on the negative side of things, I feel that the storytelling of these games have influenced RP storytelling as well and not in a good way.

I don't know if I'm just overanalysing, or if this is even an official trope, but Gacha Game Subplot Syndrome is real on the sites I used to play on. This is referring to the tendency for gacha games to have character subplots whose stakes are on an equally large/grand scale as the main plot, if not sometimes more so.

Which goes against the more "traditional" (at least in the shonen action adventure sense) animanga narrative where character subplots tend to involve more personal scale stakes for the character, while the large scale stakes take place within the main plot.

i see this too and it makes me sad. you can include character subplots in the main site narrative, but i find more and more that sites are just completely missing that these days. i wouldn't say that personal character subplots get more important though...? it's just a bunch of people messing around in a sandbox. seems like it's all the rage these days, i'm happy for the people who enjoy it. but to me that's like having a D&D campaign where the DM explains the world to you and then doesn't say anything else... i'd just be confused what we're all here for.
