recently learned that i am probably named after elvis presley's daughter (i don't have her first name but a similar one........ bc my older cousin is named ALISA marie). i like my name otherwise. compared to my siblings i have an extremely american name though, i'd love to legally change it to niloufar but i've already lived through a name change once in my life and it was pretty annoying, don't really wanna go through it again

I agree with u so much. The RP community could benefit so much from just... not doing FCs. I promise it's not that deep!

That being said I kinda get it when it's panfandom

you should play a bloons tower defense game !!! they're the best.

also balatro, the game of all time, consumed my life for my entire last semester of college. i have somewhat recovered since then. great roguelike about poker, but the best part is you don't have to know shit about poker to play. it's also pretty cheap

i'm replying to this so late but... i always meant to reply to this!!!

i don't really rp or have a lot of lore for my character in game but there's always some things i thought about regarding her. i fantasia too much so this isn't very lore accurate anymore (used to be a raen... also her name is extremely White) but i always imagined my wol as being from kugane, her parents are the owners of a small bakery. she's an omnicrafter who really took off in eorzea; mostly known for her skills with a frying pan, which she has used to kill gods.

i always imagined she owns a big house in shirogane (ik kugane natives would probably not live in shirogane but idc) and the scions live with her n it's like a cute little family (:

idm wuk lamat's va in general, but i did notice she always speaks with the same sort of cadence no matter what emotion she's supposed to be portraying. and yea every time she was supposed to be angry and yelling was a bit of a letdown. it probably would've been more tolerable if wuk lamat wasn't the character speaking on screen the most.

honestly .... i dont think ex2 is that bad... the cheese strat isn't super necessary either (i am pretty good at reading the swords and finding safe spots)

koana couldn't have a big presence in the story cuz he would just shoot sphene in the head LMAO. only wuk lamat would want to believe in sphene over and over again. i do find it a bit ridiculous that sphene is literally trying to kill the party and wuk lamat still tries to reach out to her and act like she understands her

i don't mind wuk lamat that much altho i do think she got a lot of focus in the story to the point it was detrimental. the build up to dawntrail probably should've taken more of the post-EW story.

some of the story developments were also a little odd - like (97 dungeon spoilers)

the train scene before going into vanguard, why wasn't that playable in any way, shape, or form? also why would you put your strongest person on cannon duty? the wol should've swapped out with one of the other people fighting on the train instead of wuk lamat imo but they decided to make it a scripted cutscene and didn't want to do animations for every job.


overall i think it's a good start to a new arc and i think there is a LOT of potential for post-patch quests, so i'm excited to see what's to come! (spoiler again, this time for the very end of the story)

the relic with azem's symbol is very interesting... plus solution nine is very interesting... i want more of that please!!!
