You'll want to take a look here.

Just change body to your container id/class.

Keep in mind that all changes will only work on Chrome and other browsers supporting ::-webkit-scrollbar. If you view on Firefox, it will use their default scrollbar regardless. The only workaround is with javascript.

There was a site with a concept like this yeaaaars ago that sort of had the same feel as m/s sites since the gijinka (i think they were more shifters there) were owned by the humans and were used in arenas and whatnot, and I would love to see something like it come back.

When it comes to HTML tabs, I typically use this tutorial from Caution, which makes it purely CSS (since it's a radio button) rather than relying on the onclick events.

So as long as it doesn't have the class/id of tabs on the layout, it should work! It'll just be a bit of a pain to rework the app around it. ;;

Crime-based Wonderland made me think OZMAFIA!! (even though that isn't wonderland but shh) but that's even better.
