i've been having some pretty dark thoughts.
The unique flavor of disappointment of getting excited for a comic book run you've heard good things about, only to see panels from it for the first time and realize that the art style is just... Hoo boy. Really not for you. I mean, I'm still gonna read it, but -

i don't get angry when i'm pissed; i'm the eternal optimist.
every so often it hits me that i have free time that isn't reserved for homework or studying for exams or working on thesis and it's still completely surreal to realize

my husband is working on Valentines, so he gave me my gift early which are lego roses and he says they'll last as long as his love does and now I'm sobbing on the floor. Thank god I have no teeth or they would have rotted from the cavity inducing sweetness, I'll tell you what.

i binged all of dungeon meshi in two days and i am perfectly fine with no lasting damage to my brain and no lasting mental illnesses from these characters for sure
