I'm sorry if the majority of them for you have been, and again it's so unfair to you and to everyone around the globe of Asian descent that's experiencing this unjust hatred right now.

It also probably depends a lot on your location. For example, I live in a Midwest city and we hardly ever have major issues of racism (we also have COVID-19 here). I'm sure the West Coast with it's huge Asian population will be hit lesser by it too since they make up a huge %. But I just want to encourage you to see these people as they really are; panicked idiots that bought into fear-mongering. Not just "white people". Don't let them anger you or even give them the victory of spending any amount of energy over being upset by them. Pity them, because they're sad and easily manipulated. Know that you're smarter than them, keep your chin up high, and always fight hatred with love - no matter how exhausting it gets :). Hang in there hun, and stay healthy.

So as a big part of my degree I had to do a lot of film studies. I just saw one of the best films of the decade, I swear (Parasite, currently in theaters). But it also made me remember how many "popularly loved and critically adored" films are literal trash. Unpopular opinion, I'll start right now...

Black Swan was one of the worst movies I've ever seen.

It's not artistic. It's not 'raw'. It's not about a descent into madness. It's not "it's just too dark for you to grasp and understand". There's no mission for a message or reason other than to just make you feel like sh**. If you want to know what it's like to be vastly uncomfortable for 2 hrs, it's your kind of movie. Poor Natalie Portman... great acting and crap directing/writing.

One good thing about it: those costumes/makeup tho.

, you can thank your 04. Speak skin for this inspiration ;D. This took ages to cut out, but dang it it's so worth it. So you have to use one of the colored versions and the gray version (which isn't totally gray, but we'll call it that). The measurements of the graphics are 700x450 and are alpha-layered transparencies (I'm not THAT evil ;D). Obviously you can work those measurements around in your code (wider, taller, etc). Can you guess what theme it's hinting to? It's not like it spells it in one giant, repetitive word- oh wait. HAVE FUN (loveyou,don'teatme!).

Ended up switching it up a bit from the last preview I showed, but still the same theme! The "Seven" from A Song of Ice and Fire/Game of Thrones. I switched the honeybee icons to match the theme, if that wasn't okay go ahead and change them back to whatever (SORRY)! Though the images are heavily edited/manipulated, I'm still crediting the amazing artist Qistina for her Dragon Age/Tarot Card artwork. Expect your image(s?) soon for the reverse challenge!!!

I was heavily inspired for this challenge to look at three recent-years video games that have really influenced both professional and amateur art in the artist communities lately from their designs. I chose Hyper Light Drifter as a subject for its influence of advanced pixel art, Gris for its influence of watercolors, and Cyberpunk 2077 for its influence over (you guessed it) cyberpunk/retro-futurism styles. I wasn't happy with the single sets I did because I couldn't decide which to work on, so I've included two sets of Hovers/Avatars for each and only one signature per title.

This challenge has been a total blast for me and has really expanded a lot of ideas I have for future sets. I hope you enjoy!

'Lo and behold! A gallery of-!... THINGS. To click!  I used to make a lot of stock graphics for site use and, after much important real-life-doing, have decided to make an effort to get back into it.
