What's your favorite and least favorite thing as a staff member?

For my favorite, it is seeing everyone plotting with each other and enjoying the site. Even just chatting with each other, seeing new friendships form.

My least favorite would be the organization of lists and such. I'm always looking for more ways to make my team's life easier in terms of keeping everything nice and neat.
