Between pushing two characters together just because they had a positive thread to making ships together to simply having another roleplayer you know handles shipping well - ships are just weird and people shouldn’t really be as bothered by them as they tend to get.

I once got approached by someone new to a site, plotting with a random character off my roster they seemed to like, then randomly got upset when that character was not available to be shipped with. The character was clearly marked as shipped in their profile ans whom with. They then immediately left after complaining that I and X member were “too close of friends”.

Cropping, resizing, vibrancy/saturation and stuff like that. Not talented enough to color change and too lazy to put energy I don’t have into practicing and learning how.

I’m sorry but I disagree. Ai art in the rpc is generally immediately attack-worthy, there are not a lot of people who will use it. We absolutely do not need to be more protective, people are already rabid about it. So i do not think that artists are less protected.

And again, there are art pieces that have flown by my radar because they were not labeled as ai. While yes, there are not a ton of them yet, they appear to be getting better and better.

Yes, someone with experience has a better chance of spotting them but some people do not know what to look for.

Banning ai art is all good but i’ve also had some cases where the art was so nice i literally couldn’t tell it wasn’t fanart. So while I wouldn’t use AI art for a character on purpose, I would like to not be dogpiled again for using an ai art that i thought was fanart.
