just curious!!! I'm assuming it'd have static locations despite the monorail (like planets and stations) so if so.. would one happen to have a similar aesthetic to HSR's second city? ahem ahem. trying not to be *too* obvious hspwnxpa

correct! we have locations for the monorail and its coaches serving as the "main" boards, but also have extra boards for the main planets of the setting where people can chase dev threads for characters outside the asteria / before they've boarded the asteria.

if you mean "aesthetic" via culture — we're taking a different approach to how hsr did planets in that we're not 100% basing any on a specific rl-culture and instead going with the idea that "these worlds have greatly advanced into heterogenous societies full of different cultures and regions within said planets" to encapsulate the scope of big planets with numerous regions. people are allowed (and encouraged!) to create characters of our canon species (+ any they might want to make, because we are allowing ppl to register their own species) while coding them to diverse cultures if they would like to. the planets were made very open for that in mind. (if it does help tho, one planet does have vibes that can easily be attributed to similar settings.)

if you mean in terms of terrain / governance / etc, there's definitely one with similar vibes to the city you're referring to! we're making sure all the planets have their own distinct aesthetics through their terrains and primary factions.

SO YEAH TL;DR "we have the basic aesthetics + outline of how planets appear but people are free to mold and fill in the details with the characters they make"
