My current icon & hover are from an old mobile game called SINOALICE... not that old, in the grand scheme of things, but it shut down earlier this year, so it feels older to me than it should. I played it all the way up until EOS... and then realized that I probably shouldn't have sunk that much time into a mobile gacha game anyways.

Most of my online life, I've gone by Oakheart/Oakey. When I moved away from Warrior Cats and re-entered the RP scene after a long "getting adulthood under the thumb" hiatus, I decided I needed to change it up. Didn't make as much sense to use (plus it was kinda strange not being thrown around by the same two or three persons I'd been digitally paling around with for 10ish years).

I can't say where I pulled "Rinse" from, just that I was trying on a lot of "normal word" names and it ended up sticking. Wasn't sure about it at first but I really like it now lolol. As for "Pancakehouse", that's followed me around for over a decade, ever since I listened to Hidan playlist on 8tracks titled "THE PANCAKE HOUSE KNOWS YOU JOINED A CULT" (which also spurred a year-long obsession with Depeche Mode's "Blasphemous Rumors"). I just dug up that playlist and I'm pretty sure its whole 58 plays are 90% me listening to it over and over

username: been using "celestique" in 90% of my online stuff for as long as i can remember, like, 2012 in fanfiction.net and never had reason/want/concern to change it tbh. had it since my ffn days, my youtube amv days, use it on ao3, and so on and so forth.

i chose it bc i used to be big on fairy tail when i was younger and wanted a single-word username that played on "celestial" (bc of lucy's key magic), thought of mystique from x-men, combined the two words, et voila.

hover: changli wuthering waves hot. i am a simple gay. i usually have good luck in getting gacha characters i like if i fc them (i.e. e2s1 aventurine in hsr; c0r1 clorinde in genshin; etc), but i haven't thought of a place or character i'd want to use changli for, so i'll settle for manifesting her here LMAO please

I have been Asu since circa 2010, and I've never recovered since. I needed to make an online handle for Tinier Me, and I guess I wanted to be edgy because I was 12, since the whole username was "Asunara Wisdom." This was before Sword Art Online, I took the "Asu" part from my love of Asuka Langley from Neon Genesis Evangelion, but I wanted to be different, looked up a similar name "Asuna," added "ra" because that just sounded fancy, and I guess I wanted a last name but I am more a fool than actually wise. It eventually just shortened to Asu, and I don't think I can change handles now that it's been years.

i used to be called cyantist because i liked the pun (scientist / cyantist ). but then i got tired of explaining it to people so i changed it to velkhana after the monster from mhw because she's gorgeous. then i changed it to safi'jiiva to match a friend and that stuck with me.

i change my icons like all the time - currently its messmer from elden ring because................... he impaled me and i needed to go lie down for a bit tbh
